I'm excited! This is our runner's blog. I'm not exactly sure how everything works, but here it is. For starters, let's just post our daily activity in the runner's arena. It will be good to see what everyone's doing to get started and log some miles before starting training in earnest!
Hope to see your posts here soon!

Hey, finally getting a chance to look at the blog. This should be fun. Planning on getting started running next week. shooting for 3 days a week to start.
ReplyDeleteHey-
ReplyDeleteI found your comment. All this tech talent, and I didn't notice you wrote! I ran 4 tonight, 4 on Sunday. Getting stronger. I'm glad you are starting too. Have Michael write!
loveyou-
S.
P.S. Ginto Naujokas friended me on Facebook!
I ran almost 3 on tuesday, going to try to get to the rec center this afternoon. We are so busy, it has been tough to schedule. I looked at plane tickets, around $200 for a round trip any time this winter. Not bad.
ReplyDeleteI ran 4 on Tuesday, 4 Saturday, and 4 Sunday, plus 2-3 walking. I can feel myself getting stronger, which is so cool!!
ReplyDeleteGood to talk to you. Romeo and Juliet is on the radio--Dire Straits. LOVE that song!
Okay, I ran 2 on Sunday and walked 1 mile, so a total of 3.
ReplyDeleteGoing to get to the rec center tomorrow and hopefully twice over the weekend. Not feeling myself getting stronger yet, but that's okay, at least I am maintaining my weight.
Hey Karla,
ReplyDeleteI've been really busy, but I must be in a mood where I'm focusing on this...I have been running according to the calendar, and usually on my "3" days have been walking another 30 minutes at a high incline because I want to lose weight. I hope I can stick to it because I really want to finally peel off these icky pounds.

Man, I'm behind...Gonna start today
ReplyDeleteDon't feel bad Ricky, Michael is probably where you are at, but you GUYS just seem to get in shape faster. Went X-country skiing this morning, that counts right, plus a few good days on the hill.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I ran 3 yesterday
ReplyDeleteI ran 4 yesterday. I'm in much better shape than I thought.
ReplyDeleteOkay, I must not be techy enough, but how did you post a picture Ricky?
ReplyDeleteIt was something I did when I created the account to use this site. So check your account settings.
ReplyDeleteI just registered...Man thats a lot of running.
ReplyDeleteWell, I am actually up to about 12-15 miles a week. Feeling really good. gonna go for a run outside today. Yeah 50 degrees.
ReplyDeleteOkay slackers, where are all the blogs? I see nothing. I ran 3 yesterday on the trail and did yoga, then I ran 4 today on the treadmill. I am on a role I guess. Hows everyone else doing?
ReplyDeleteRan 28 last week. Gonna do 9 today. Back on track
